For nearly a decade in New Orleans, and in his new home in Albuquerque, Americana singer/songwriter Tom Andes has been delighting audiences with his stories of love and loss. His sound draws from influences including Delta blues, traditional country, Western swing, and gospel, his baritone voice and cinematic lyrics taking the listener into scenes from the lives of the down-and-outs and dreamers who populate his songs. Tom is also an acclaimed fiction writer and author of the detective novel Wait There Till You Hear from Me (Crescent City Books 2025). He’s been a finalist in the Telluride Blues Challenge from the Telluride Blues and Brews Festival. His most recent release is The Ones That Brought You Home (Southern Crescent Recording Co. 2025). He lives in Albuquerque, where he performs solo, as a sideman, and a bandleader. His new record, Wonderful Days, is due in early 2026.
