Several room types include balconies or outdoor spaces, including Terrace King Rooms, Suites, and select Corner Rooms.

Most rooms feature walk-in showers, while the Music Suite and Beer & Bike Suite include soaking tubs.

We offer discounted rates for group reservations of 10 or more rooms. A 15% refundable deposit is required at signing, and at least 80% of the rooms must be filled per night to meet contract terms. Rates and availability vary based on dates, length of stay, and number of rooms reserved, and blackout dates may apply.

We recommend booking 8 to 12 months in advance to secure the best rates and availability. You can reserve earlier, but guests won’t be able to book individual rooms until one year before the event. Rates cannot be quoted without specific dates, estimated room count, and length of stay.

While we can’t guarantee that all rooms will be in the same area, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and suites, as well as in public areas and meeting spaces.

While there is no on-site spa, we’ve partnered with Woodhouse Spa to offer our guests $20 off any facial, massage, or body treatment during their stay.

Guests can borrow instruments from our Instrument Lending Library, including guitars, keyboards, and other selections. Each instrument comes with a case and care instructions, and can be enjoyed in your room before being returned at checkout.

Yes! We offer wedding and engagement packages, along with an on-site wedding planner to help bring your vision to life.

Yes, we maintain a list of preferred florists, DJs, bakeries, and photographers in Fort Collins. We also welcome all vendors with proper proof of insurance.

Your booking includes setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware, and glassware. We also provide complimentary banquet table displays. Outside décor from approved vendors is permitted.

Outside catering is not permitted, with the exception of wedding cakes.

Absolutely! Our mixologists can create a custom cocktail for your event.

Photography is allowed in all shared spaces. Please be respectful of other guests. For photography in closed or private spaces, please schedule an associate escort.

We do not have a permanent dance floor, but one can be rented for an additional cost.

Live entertainment is not included in your reservation, but our team is happy to assist in securing entertainment for an additional cost. Please note that only our contracted pianist is permitted to perform on the piano in these venues.

Standard check-in begins at 4 PM, and while we can’t guarantee early check-in, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If you need access to your room earlier in the day, especially for wedding preparations, we recommend booking the night before to ensure availability.

Absolutely! We’re happy to distribute generic guest favors at check-in. For personalized favors or favors delivered directly to guest rooms, there is a $4 per favor delivery fee.
